The Pistì handcrafted doves are born slowly in our laboratory in Bronte. Our master pastry chefs carefully keep the sourdough from year to year.
Mother yeast is the basis from which every Pistì bakery product is born. The preparation of our artisan doves follows very rigorous steps based on traditional techniques: from the dough to the leavening, from the garnish and filling, to the cooking. Stuffed with Sicilian pistachio cream, classic or covered with white or dark chocolate.
The dough, prepared with top quality ingredients, is left to rise for up to 36 hours.
You can taste Pistì doves in various ways, traditional, with candied fruit, stuffed with pistachio cream and covered with white or dark chocolate.
