Shipments
Shipping methods, times and costs are summarized below and, in any case, calculated and shown in the cart before confirming the order. This page integrate them General Conditions of Sale, to which reference is made (in particular Art. 5 on prices, taxes and customs duties and Art. 8 on shipping and delivery).
Italy
National delivery via express courier
Shipments within the national territory take place in approximately 4–5 working days from the date of receipt of the order. Times may increase during peak periods, such as Christmas and Easter, or when a product ordered is temporarily out of stock and must be made.
The shipping cost is 6 € and it is free for orders over €39. The delivery is made via express courier. When you hand it over to the courier you will receive shipping details and tracking code via email.
Shipments to are included in this rate San Marino and Vatican City. Since these are territories with regime customs or special VAT, specific formalities or charges may apply.
European Union
Transparent rates by destination area
Shipments to European Union member states are made via express courier in approx 7–12 working days from the date of receipt of the order, with possible delays during peak periods. You will receive away email your shipping and tracking details. The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT.

International shipping with calculation in the cart
We carry out shipments, via express courier, also to countries that they are not part of the European Union, including European countries non-EU, for example Albania, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway and Serbia, and the rest of the world.
Costs are calculated based on destination and shown in the cart first of the order confirmation; delivery times vary depending on Country and customs procedures.
Important
Duties, VAT and other import taxes or charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are requested by the authorities or by the courier at the time of customs clearance. We invite you to check it out in advance any restrictions on the import of food products in force in your country; failure to collect or refusal due to customs duties does not give right to reimbursement of shipping costs, as indicated in the Conditions Sales General (see Art. 5.4).
