Do you have questions about our pistachio products? In this section you will find all the most useful answers on ingredients, nutritional values, conservation and use of our creams and specialties. Find out how to choose the product best suited to you and how to enjoy it to the fullest.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Usually, we ship within 24/48 working hours of receiving payment. Delivery times vary from 1 to 4 working days in Italy. For abroad the days increase from 7 to 14 days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link to monitor your package in real time.
Which couriers do you use for shipments?
We collaborate with several reliable couriers such as UPS, BRT, GLS and SDA, chosen based on the delivery area.
Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, we ship to most of Europe. At checkout, you can select your country and view estimated costs and times.
What to do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Contact us within 48 hours of order arrival. We ask you to send us a photo of the damaged product and we will immediately replace or refund it.
What payment methods do you accept?
For online orders you can currently pay in complete safety, we accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Can I pay on delivery (cash on delivery)?
We do not currently offer cash on delivery, but we are considering introducing it soon.
Do your products contain gluten?
Most of our products are gluten-free, but we always recommend checking the label in the product sheet.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Many of our products are suitable for vegetarians. For vegans, we invite you to check each card: some creams and desserts contain milk.
Where does the pistachio used in your products come from?
For our products we use different types of pistachio which can come from different parts of the world. The attention to quality never changes.
How long do your products last?
Each product has its own expiry date indicated on the label. In general, spreads last 6 to 12 months if stored correctly.
